1. Order Processing & Production Time
Standard Products
Standard products are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Custom 3D Printed Products
Production time depends on:
- Design Complexity
- Print Duration
- Material Availability
- Quantity Ordered
- Design Approval Requirements
Most custom orders are manufactured and dispatched within 2–10 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.
Large or complex projects may require additional production time.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated during quotation and order confirmation.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be re-dispatched due to incorrect address details.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of:

- Shipping Label
- Damaged Product
- Include your order number
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, AtomXtrud 3D cannot guarantee courier delivery schedules.
If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the shipping provider.
9. Delivery of Custom Orders
Custom-manufactured products are produced according to customer-approved designs and specifications.
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Dimensions
- Design Details
- Text Content
- Logos
- Specifications
before final approval is provided.
AtomXtrud 3D is not responsible for errors that were approved during the design review process.
