4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

- CAD Files
- STL Files
- Drawings
- Reference Images
- Project Requirements
AtomXtrud 3D is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Design Approval
For custom projects involving CAD design or manufacturing, customers may receive:
- CAD Models
- Renders
- Design Previews
- Technical Drawings
Production begins only after customer approval.
Once approval is provided, the customer accepts responsibility for the final design, dimensions, specifications, and appearance.
Additional modifications after approval may incur additional charges.
6. Manufacturing Tolerances
Due to the nature of 3D printing and manufacturing processes, minor variations may occur in:
- Dimensions
- Surface Finish
- Layer Appearance
- Color
- Material Texture
Such variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and shall not be considered defects.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders may require full or partial payment before production begins.
Production may not commence until payment has been successfully received and verified.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they have the legal right to submit any:

- Drawings
- Logos
- Images
- Product Designs
- Trademarks
provided to AtomXtrud 3D.
Customers retain ownership of their original designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AtomXtrud 3D does not claim ownership of customer-submitted files.
9. Confidentiality
Customer project files, CAD models, technical drawings, and design information are treated as confidential and used solely for:

- Manufacturing

10. Product Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended application.
Products manufactured by AtomXtrud 3D are not certified for:
- Medical Applications
- Aerospace Applications
- Life-Safety Systems
- Critical Load-Bearing Systems
unless explicitly stated in writing.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Production and delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith.
Delivery schedules may be affected by:
